I had high hopes for my stay, especially being at a Ritz Carlton, but it fell short in several areas. The location is great, offering nice access to the beach and local attractions. However, my room was not ready at the promised time, and I faced cleanliness issues that detracted from my experience. On the plus side, the staff was generally polite and attentive, but I did encounter some inconsistencies in service. Overall, while there are positives, I wouldn't say it lived up to the luxury I expected.
